Parking Directions

Mercer East construction is underway in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Check the Seattle Department of Transportation website for the latest updates on detour and construction information and allow extra time for your travel and parking prior to the cruise departure.

FROM I-5

  • Take Exit 167 (Mercer Street exit) from I-5 S toward Seattle Center
  • Turn right onto Fairview Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Valley Street

FROM AURORA AVE NORTHBOUND (WA-99 NORTH)

  • Turn right onto Aloha Street from Battery Street Tunnel (WA-99 North)
  • Turn right onto 9th Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Westlake Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Valley Street

FROM AURORA AVE SOUTHBOUND (WA-99 SOUTH)

  • From Aurora Avenue North, take slight right onto Dexter Way N.
  • Turn right onto Dexter Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Aloha Street
  • Turn right onto 9th Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Westlake Avenue N
  • Turn left onto Valley Street

Your Waterways yacht will be docked on the seawall at the north end of the park, just west of the Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI).

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

South Lake Union is serviced by several mass transit options—the South Lake Union streetcar runs every 15 minutes from downtown and stops at the park, and several major bus lines, including the 8, 17, 26, 28, 70, and 71, have stops close to the park.
