In 2007, Joel VandenBrink, Head Brewer of Two Beers Brewing, turned his hobby into his passion. After several years of homebrewing in his kitchen, with nothing more than a five-gallon stockpot, Joel took a leap of faith. In six years, Two Beers Brewing has grown from 100 barrels a year to nearly 6,000 barrels per year, now producing twelve unique beers in its SoDo brewery and tasting room.
