Your evening will include a 2.5 hour cruise on Lake Washington, a champagne boarding toast, and a four-course gourmet dinner of Northwest cuisine, served at your private table. Live music performance will add an extra touch of elegance to your cruise.

Pepper Crusted Hanger Steak
served with a mushroom Brandy veal-glace, roasted Boursin cheese stuffed tomato, and baked garlic herb and white Cheddar cheese macaroni
Grilled Belgian Endive
stuffed with a puree of roasted cauliflower and fresh tarragon, served with a light tomato risotto, butter leek emulsion and black truffle oil

Sunset Dinner Cruise departs from the Southport Pier & Promenade in Renton on Thursdays and Saturdays at 7:00 pm and on Fridays at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $69/General, $62/Senior or Military Personnel.
