Seattle, WA - March 7, 2008 - Waterways Cruises and Events launches a series of Winemakers Dinner Cruises in collaboration with CaterArts and some of the best wineries in the country.

March 20th 2008, 6:30 pm-9:30 pm: The inaugural cruise for "An Evening in Tuscany" aboard the Olympic Star will pair Trinchero's signature single vineyard wines with classic Italian dishes in a six-course dinner prepared by CaterArts. Mario Monticelli, Trinchero's Master Winemaker, will introduce each course with a description of the selected wine and its food pairing. CaterArts' Executive Chef Michael Banks will provide guests with the recipes for each dish on the menu and there will be an opportunity to purchase the evening's featured wines.

Trinchero Family Estates (www.tfewines.com) is a family-owned California wine company that offers a diverse collection of fine wines from premier growing regions in California. Their Napa Reserve wines are single-vineyard bottlings featuring grapes from the family's 200 acres of estate vineyards in Napa Valley.

Drawing on my experiences across the United States, around the Mediterranean, and here in the Northwest, I have created an exciting menu that is both simple and extravagant, each course designed to bring out the best of these wonderful wines," said Michael Banks.

Additional Winemaker Dinner Cruises are scheduled for April 30, 2008 and May 29, 2008.
